5 July 2010 Dear Parents/Carers Dance Show We have been practising hard for our Dance Show and we are all getting very excited about our performance. We have booked the hall at school on Thursday 15 July from 9am for the actual performance (which should last no longer than 30 mins) but we would like to have a full rehearsal with all the children on Wednesday 14 July. We have booked the school hall from 9am and so please could you arrange for your child to come to Kindergarten on the Wednesday from 8.45am to 10am to join in with this. If you would like to swap a session so that your child can come for the full session please see either Mandy or Wendy, otherwise just bring them to Kindergarten at 8.45am on Wednesday. Also, please remember to find some trousers or shorts for your child to wear as per the note that went home last week. Please bring these into Kindergarten in a named bag by the end of this week. Reports Your child’s report will be coming out after the Dance Show – please don’t forget to make a comment on the bottom and return it to us so that we can photocopy it for our records. We will let you have the original back! If you would like to see any of us to discuss the report please make an appointment. Fees We have some fees still outstanding for this term and so please would you make every effort to ensure these are paid in full by Monday 19 July. If you have outstanding fees you may already have had letters or texts reminding you of this. All fees for September should be paid by the end of this term. Leaver’s Party On the last day of term (Friday 23 July) we are having our End of Year Party. The children can come to Kindergarten from 12 noon (unless they are already here in the morning!), everyone brings some food (a list of what you can choose to bring will be up at Kindergarten shortly) and we spend the afternoon playing games and having fun together. Children should wear some party clothes and don’t forget the sun cream and hats!! If you want to swap some sessions to allow your child to come to the party please see either Wendy or Mandy or if you would like to add sessions please note that the usual fees apply and for lunch only it will cost £2.66, for lunch and afternoon the cost will be £11.54 and for an extra full day the cost will be £23.08.
