Clifton Kindergarten is an independent, privately owned pre-school facility for children aged 2 to 5 years, situated in purpose built premises within the grounds of Clifton Primary School. We are registered and monitored by OFSTED to ensure that we provide high quality care and early years education.
Our premises include a large indoor space and a similarly large outdoor area with an all weather surface so we can enjoy the outside environment throughout the year.

We provide outdoor play on a daily basis. Our all weather surface allows us to play outside when it has rained and we use umbrellas and our sail shade when it is raining to get some fresh air! We have recently spent lots of money on our outdoor area allowing it to encompass all areas of continuous provision. In addition, we have many outdoor toys to rock, push, pull and pedal as well as a climbing frame and a climbing wall. We also have bats, balls, hoops and bean bags, a small trampoline and tent. We see outdoor play as a vital part in children's physical development and ensure that the children participate fully in this.
