The Kindergarten provides a comprehensive statement of policies including:- · Equal Opportunities – this policy underpins everything that goes on in Kindergarten. All children (and adults) are given equality of opportunity regardless of race, colour, religion, gender or home circumstances. - Inclusion and Children with Special Educational Needs – any child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) will go through a tried and tested assessment and monitoring process alongside his/her parent/carer. This is to ensure that his/her needs are met fully.
- Key Person - all children will have an identified Key Person or Worker to ensure good liaison between home and Kindergarten and to ensure that the child's needs are fully met.
